About This Job
This opportunity is thru SCP Health and is open to board-certified and eligible EM, IM or FM candidates with 2 years of emergency medicine experience. Preferably recent. Case logs will be required for credentialing. This hospital has an annual volume of approximately 10,000 patients. Physician rounds on inpatients as well. Shifts are 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
• Must have current: ACLS, PALS and ATLS (not required for EM candidates)
• Providers must be able to intubate and do chest tubes and have recent airway management experience.
• Current TB test and flu vaccine needed. EMR and orientation can be done on the same day but has to be done a minimum of 2 business days prior to first shift.
