About This Job
This rural Californian health center, associated with the Karuk Tribe, is in need of a Family Practice/General Medicine Physician. It is located in the rural town of Yreka, CA in Northern California.
Position Details:
- Regular work hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, no call
Requirements:
-California license not required. Any active, unrestricted state license and DEA is good.
- 6 month commitment is required
Clinic Details:
- The health center provides medical care to approximately 8,600 patients.
- A collegial group of providers offer services in primary care, women's health, counseling, dental, dietary and community nutrition, health promotions, lab, x-ray, native medicine, optometry, pharmacy, physical therapy, speech therapy, podiatry and public health nursing.
