About This Job
A mid-size comprehensive Medical Home located in The Dalles, Oregon, is seeking multiple locums Family Medicine physicians to provide outpatient services to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for a mission-driven practitioner to join a dedicated team of primary care professionals and deliver high quality family medicine services to The Dalles, Hood River, and surrounding community.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Provider Requirements:
- For IM, experienced providers who like to take care of older population with more chronic disease including diabetes are a plus.
- All of these require ambulatory, office based full workdays.
- Interest in immediate care shifts in addition to ambulatory work is a plus.
- If clinician is NRP certified (ideal, but not required), there may be rare neonatal call shared with pediatricians.

- Specialty & Community resources: extensive specialty services available, including, radiology, EM, neurology, endocrinology, OB/GYN, urology, surgery, pathology, nutrition, physical therapy, sleep medicine, ortho, cardiology, and urgent care. X-ray, lab and pharmacy on-site.
