About This Job
This is a full-time position. A mix of clinical leadership, administration and clinical work. SNF and/or ALF experience is strongly preferred. The physician will likely cover a small cluster of SNF's in a certain region of the state mostly in-person visits, and some telemedicine depending on availability per location. Requirements and census can change quickly; this role requires adaptability, flexibility, and understanding with regard to changes.

Facility Description
This is a full-time position. SNF and/or ALF experience is strongly preferred, but not required. The provider will likely cover a small cluster (2 to 3) of SNFs in a certain region of the state. Combination of 2-4 times per month in-person patient rounds, plus 1x per week telemedicine. In the SNF world, requirements and census can change quickly; this role requires adaptability, flexibility, and understanding of changes.
